Account and Administration
Manage your account, organizations and workspaces, roles and permissions, and billing.
Administration covers the account and organization concerns that sit above day-to-day work: who you are, which organizations you belong to, how work is partitioned into workspaces, who can do what, and how usage is billed.
Identity and structure
Your account holds your personal profile and sign-in details. An organization is the shared container that groups people and their work, and you can belong to more than one. Within an organization, workspaces partition work at the top of the brain's task tree, so separate teams, clients, or product lines each get their own space for tasks, memories, and files.
Start with My Account for personal settings, or My Organizations to switch between the organizations you belong to.
Access and cost
Roles and permissions decide what each member can see and change across workspaces and the developer tools. Billing is transparent: a credit is one US dollar, the flat fee is charged at purchase, there is no markup on token usage, and spend is auditable down to the individual task.
